Unfortunately, the tubing activity will not take place as planned due to concerns with the reliability and professionalism of the company. We want to ensure everyone has a wonderful Friday in Vail, and after careful consideration, we decided it was best not to move forward with the tubing.

Wedding Day!

5:30 PM Ceremony | Camp Hale

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Cocktail Hour | Camp Hale

7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Dinner & Dancing | Camp Hale

*The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so we kindly recommend wearing block heels or wedges for comfort. As the evening may become chilly, you may wish to bring a wrap or pashmina.

Event Transportation

4:15pm on Saturday

Shuttles will be provided to and from Camp Hale, departing and returning at The Sebastian Hotel.

Provided busses will transfer guests to and from floating the river, departing and returning at The Sebastian Hotel. Check back on the website as we get closer for detailed timing.

All other weekend events will be within Vail Village and accessible by walking/free Vail bus system.

Dress Code

Rehearsal Dinner: Cocktail Attire With a Western Flair: Men wear sports coat no tie. A bolo tie, cowboy boots or cowboy hat are some suggestions to add a western flare if desired. Women wear cocktail dresses with western accessories if desired.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Black Tie Optional: Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women wear cocktail dresses or long dresses.
